The Workspace

Run the editor command without a region and you get the workspace instead of a single region's editor:

/tw region edit

Every statically placed region within 64 blocks renders at once, each outlined in its own color with a floating name tag, so a hub full of triggers becomes readable in one glance. The boss bar counts every region in range; when there are more than the six the workspace draws at once, it says so and renders the six closest. Regions with variable bound placement resolve per player and have no fixed home in the world, so they are not listed.

Aim at a region and its outline swells and settles in a steady beat, which keeps the selection readable from across the plaza. Left click the compass to cycle through the regions instead (F unlocks the aim again), and right click the compass to open the selected region's full editor. Applying or exiting drops you back into the workspace to pick the next one. The amethyst shard works the same as in the editor: right click teleports to the selected region, sneak right click to the border you are looking at, and left click brings you back.

Filtering what you see

Two hotbar toggles decide what the workspace lists. The book shows or hides the named region entries, and the item frame shows or hides inline regions, the ones defined inside another entry's field. An inline region renders with an inline definition tag under its name, and opening it edits the owning entry's field through the same shape editor, staged and applied exactly like a named region. Hide the named regions when a plaza full of them buries the one inline barrier you are after.

Editing together

The editor is multiplayer aware. A region belongs to one editor at a time. Opening its editor locks it, and anyone else trying gets told who is working on it: a ✎ name is editing badge on the region's tag in the workspace, a message on the command, and the same message when clicking the compass. Different regions edit in parallel without stepping on each other.

While someone edits, every other player with the edit permission who is inside a content editor themselves and within 64 blocks watches the session live. The working preview renders with a name tag saying who is editing, and it follows every carry, drag, and undo in real time. The published boundary hides for watchers while the live preview is shown, so there is never a stale outline underneath the one that is moving. Outside an editor, staff see only the published boundary.
